How do you use a Groupon promo code?

After you’ve signed in or made an account, locate the ‘Promotional Code’ box and enter your offer code into the box. Hit the ‘Apply’ button to redeem and your discount will be applied!
If you place an order with Groupon marketplace, how much will it cost and how long will it take to arrive?
Standard shipping is $3.99 on orders that are $34.99 and under. Orders over $34.99 qualify for free shipping. Groupon also offers speedy 3-day shipping in the US on select Groupon purchases - you will be notified of this at checkout.
You can check the shipping rate on individual items at any time by entering your zip code into the box (beneath the Buy button) on the deal page.
If you’re not happy with your Groupon marketplace purchase, can you return it for a refund?
Of course. You can return most goods within 30 days for a refund or exchange (see the exchange FAQ). Items that are listed as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days. For help and more information, see the troubleshooting marketplace orders page.
What if you’re not satisfied with your Groupon voucher/experience, can you claim a refund?
Yes. If you’ve not enjoyed your experience, please contact Groupon within 14 days of your voucher use, trip or event. Any unredeemed local voucher can be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase. If you purchase a getaways voucher and the merchant is unable to book your stay before the expiration date, Groupon will refund your purchase.
