How do I use my Zipcar promo code?
Select the offer you would like to use and copy the code if one is provided. Follow the link through to the Zipcar website where you can register for an account and input the zip code of the area in which you would like to find a vehicle. Choose your ride, paste your promotion code into the appropriate box when you are asked for your billing information, and hit ‘Apply’ to redeem your discount.
How do I find my Zipcar rental?
Once you have booked your ride, you will receive a confirmation email which includes instructions on how to locate your Zipcar vehicle. You also have the option of selecting the ‘See where I live’ tab in the Zipcar app which will guide you to your rental.
How do I unlock my Zipcar rental?
When you find your car, simply hold your Zipcar card up against the card reader located on the windshield. Wait a few seconds for it to activate and the doors should automatically unlock.
Can I cancel my Zipcar reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so through the Zipcar app or online under the ‘My Reservations’ tab in your account. You can make changes or cancel your booking within 30 minutes free of charge. How do I end my Zipcar trip?
Return your Zipcar to its home location or as instructed in your confirmation email. If a non-Zipcar vehicle is occupying your return space, simply call the team to find out where to drop your rental off. Ensure you take all your belongings and trash with you and please leave at least a quarter of a tank of gas for the next member of the community. All that’s left to do is lock your doors with your Zipcard or mobile app and you’re good to go!
